About
Supporting Your Mental Health with Compassion & Clarity
I’m Jaclyn Eastman, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and a Certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). I specialize in providing evidence-based, judgment-free care for individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, low mood, and the challenges of everyday life.
Before becoming a psychiatric provider, I spent years working as a pediatric ER nurse. That experience taught me the importance of listening deeply, acting with empathy, and addressing not just symptoms—but the full human experience behind them. Over time, I was drawn to mental health, especially after seeing how often ADHD and anxiety were misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or overlooked entirely.
Why I Chose to Specialize in ADHD
ADHD is one of the most misunderstood—and underdiagnosed—neurodevelopmental conditions, especially in women and adults. As a certified ADHD specialist, I’ve completed advanced training in recognizing, diagnosing, and treating ADHD across the lifespan. I’m passionate about reducing the stigma around ADHD and helping clients understand that it's not a flaw—it's a difference.
Many of the people I work with have spent years feeling overwhelmed, scattered, or “too much”—without realizing ADHD was playing a role. My goal is to help you make sense of your experiences, identify your strengths, and build strategies that work with your brain, not against it.
How I Work
I take a collaborative, individualized approach to care. Treatment may include:
Comprehensive ADHD evaluations
Medication management (if appropriate)
Skill-building strategies for focus, time management, and emotional regulation
Support for co-occurring conditions like anxiety, depression, or burnout
Referrals for therapy, coaching, or additional resources
Let’s Work Together
If you're feeling overwhelmed, constantly distracted, or unsure whether ADHD could be a factor in your life—you're not alone. You deserve support that’s grounded in science, empathy, and real solutions.
